乳制品知识科普:益生菌能有效阻断肠道内致癌物质(2)

  益生菌进入肠道内,一方面可以在肠道内定殖,维持肠道微生物菌群的平衡;另一方面是益生菌可通过肠道黏膜屏障 (Intestinalbarrier failure),通过M细胞直接与淋巴细胞接触诱发肠道免疫,促进巨噬细胞活性,通过增强B、T淋巴细胞对抗原刺激的反应性,从而提升机体的免疫力(3)。

 

  4.益生菌能有效阻断肠道内致癌物质,降低癌症发生风险

 

  乳酸菌在肠道内可结合由饮食产生的致癌物,包括亚硝酸盐类化合物、次级胆酸、杂环胺类及环境化学致癌物(1,2-二甲肼、亚硝基胍、氧化偶氮甲烷)等物质,对宿主产生保护作用(4-6);益生菌可维持肠道微生态水平,提高肠道内乳酸菌和双歧杆菌的数量,借以降低致病菌β-葡萄糖苷酶活性及引发结肠癌粪便酶的水平,有效预防癌症的发生(7-8)。

 

  本文从消化系统切入,探讨了益生菌在各个阶段中所扮演的角色。适当的补充益生菌及其发酵制品,有助于维持肠道健康。此外,适当的运动,多补充水分,可增强肠道蠕动能力,减少大肠中毒素进入血液循环的机会;饮食规律化,避免暴饮暴食,均衡饮食结构,多摄入富含膳食纤维、优质蛋白、不饱和脂肪酸、均衡的矿物质及维生素的食物,减少摄入高油、高糖和刺激性等食物,减少抗生素药物的使用,也有助于避免肠道菌群失衡,影响身体的健康。
